Service
Event and wedding staffing in Napa Valley
Banquet captains, servers, bartenders, setup and breakdown crews, and valets who arrive early and in uniform, for one wedding or a whole season of them.

Roles we place
The people behind a good events and weddings operation.
Banquet captain
Runs the floor, times the courses, talks to your planner so you do not have to.
Banquet server
Synchronized service, tray skills, clears without being noticed.
Bartender
RBS-certified, fast, gracious with a line of thirsty guests.
Setup and breakdown crew
Tables, chairs, linens, lighting, load-in and load-out on schedule.
Valet and parking attendants
Valid California license, clean record, good with a narrow winery drive.
Greeters and coat check
The first faces guests see.
Event porters
Restrooms, trash, water stations, the details that keep a venue looking right.
What we screen for
Vetted before you meet them.
Every candidate is interviewed in person and reference-checked. For this category we also verify the following before day one.
- RBS certification for anyone behind a bar.
- Black-and-whites or your specified uniform, checked before dispatch.
- Two event or hospitality references.
- Physical readiness for a ten-hour day on your feet.
- A reliability record. We track every no-show and do not send anyone with one.
- Driving record checks for valets.
How engagements work
One event, a season, or a hire.
- Single events
- A wedding, a release party, an auction dinner.
- Full season
- A consistent core team for every Saturday from spring to fall.
- Three-day builds
- Setup Friday, service Saturday, breakdown Sunday.
- Caterer support
- Extra servers and bartenders under your own captain.
Typical requests
What this looks like in practice.
“Forty servers and eight bartenders for a Saturday wedding at a Carneros estate.”
“A setup crew Friday, service team Saturday and breakdown crew Sunday in Yountville.”
“Twelve valets for a 300-guest auction night in St. Helena.”

Is there a minimum number of staff?
No. One bartender for a rehearsal dinner is a real request, and so is a forty-person team for a Saturday wedding.
How far in advance should I book event staff?
Two weeks is comfortable. In season we hold vetted standby crews, so 48 hours is often possible. The earlier you call, the more choice you have.
Do event staff come in uniform?
Yes. Black-and-whites by default, or the uniform you specify. We check every person before they are dispatched.
